Submission Agreement

In submitting this application I and my organization acknowledge that the activity of sailing can be hazardous and hereby assume all of the inherent risks of sailing arranged by/through the Golden Gate Tall Ships Society (GGTSS). I/we specifically agree to hold the GGTSS harmless for any injury, death, loss or damage that the I/we may suffer from any cause whatsoever. This includes from the sole negligence of GGTSS, or otherwise arising out of GGTSS membership or as a result of participating in any GGTSS sponsored, related, or affiliated event or activity.

Should we be selected, we give the GGTSS permission to use our name and any photographs our members may appear in while participating in the awarded sail for promotional and documentary purposes in any way they choose.

Golden Gate Tall Ships Society is a California 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation and a member of the American Sail Training Association. We are a proponent of sail training opportunities and not a ship's agent nor travel agency.
